To obtain the distinction of EA, he was required to pass a rigorous three-part tax law examination and obtain recognition by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to represent his clients. EAs are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

Gabriel’s experience includes preparing income taxes in compliance with the U.S. Tax Code, analyzing accounting transactions using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), preparing financial statements, as well as advising clients on tax and accounting matters. He received his B.A. degree in Accountancy from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) and he is taking more than 24 hours of continuing education each year as a requirement to retain his EA status.
